At Rock City H-D, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
